The prices displayed for our services on our website represent
the full price structure listed for the service itself
and is estimated in accordance with the standard industry
practice.
Refund Policy*
If a customer does not like the initial logo concepts,
he can ask us for an immediate refund. We will refund
the complete amount paid for the selected package
without any service charges deductions.
The refund request can only be made before the first revision round. Once the
customer asks for revision, the refund request cannot be made.
Refund Policy is only applicable for Logo Orders. This policy is not applicable
on other additional design services provided by Logo Jeez. Refund Policy is
only applicable for one-time orders that mean that if the customer is placing
an order second time for the same logo design, his order will not be eligible
for the refund policy.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Policy
Logo Jeez offers a free multiple revision facility
for all orders. Any customer, who approves the initial
design samples, automatically gets entitled for the 100%
Satisfaction Guarantee. Through this guarantee, we will
keep providing revisions until the customer is fully
satisfied. As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Policy, we provide free coordination and help for off-set
printing services of the designs we provide. Our trained
customer support staff coordinates with the printing
services providers, nominated by our customers and also
provides any technical support they require. Moreover,
as part of our satisfaction guarantee, the moment a customer
places an order at our site, we will allot a dedicated
Account Manager to him. The Account Manager will guide
the customer and answer for all his queries or concerns
before and after placing an order.
Logo Registration
As we are not a patent service, we do not provide logo registrations. As we have our client’s best interest in mind, our intentions to make original Logo is our top priority. No responsibility is taken for a design which may be in use at present. Nevertheless, as we are all about customer support, we are ready to modify the Logo free of cost – up to 3 modifications – with the condition that you inform us about the predicament within six months of your payment.
Record Maintenance Policy
We keep a record of all the designs we provide to our customers. These designs can be produced for the clients whenever they require.
Undelivered Orders
Please note that CD of final artwork is completely complementary. If it is returned to us as undeliverable, we do not issue a refund in that case. We can not re-ship the CD of final artwork that is returned to us as undeliverable as a result of an invalid address. If the client still likes to purchase the service that was undeliverable, he/she is welcome to place a new order by paying the additional shipping cost. CD of final artwork is delivered after the final delivery of file formats. The delivery may take around 7 to 10 business days, depending upon the location of the client.

Customer can make payment at our website through any of the following methods:

Payment at Logo Jeez can be made through Credit Cards. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Diner Club and Visa Electron for online, phone and fax orders.
Payment through PayPal
Payment at Logo Jeez can also be made through PayPal as the payment method.
Payment through Bank
Check or Money Order
Payment can also be made through Bank Check or Money Order from US drawn banks.
Order Status and Tracking:
The client shall receive two e-mails after he has placed his order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that the order has been received (the order reference number will be included). This e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours. The second is when the first design concepts are delivered.
- After that, the customer can track the status of his/her order through regular e-mail correspondence and through his dedicated account area that is provided on our website.
Credit Card Safeguard
The usage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology protects the security of the client’s credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from the client’s computer to the company's website's servers. The client should keep an eye on the lower left-hand corner of his browser window after accessing the server. If he sees an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. One can also double-check by looking at the URL line of their browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, a person shall not be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through an insecure connection.
